We will be purchasing banners to be displayed at the Round-Up for our sponsors.


Available Sizes:

$250.00  for a  3’x 1.6’

$1000.00 for a 6’ x 2.5’   -   Displayed 1x on the boat during a class

$2000.00 - for a 6’ x 2.5’  - Displayed  2x on the boat during a class

Information on sponsors will need to be to Sue Smith by August 1st in order to insure that we will have them ready for the
Round Up

Checks need to be made out to Eastern Draft Horse Association.

Our annual Championship Round Up will be held again this year at Cheshire Fair Grounds In Swanzey, NH.

Friday -12Noon 2lb & 3000  Saturday-10 AM - 3200,  Amateur Kids & FFA   Sunday-11AM -3400 Memorial
Pull
Class for this years Round Up are 3000lb, 3200lb, Open Distance, Youth Amateur (Drivers 16 &
Under), FFA and a 3400lb Memorial Class with added Premiums. ** Note- EDHA Rules state that you
must hold a current membership to pull at the Round Up in October 2012. Schedule of class will be posted.

New England Mini Horse Pull

Saturday October 13, 2012 @ 12 noon
There will be two open classes-a 34 inch class and a 38 inch class.
Weather permitting they will pull outside on the track, otherwise we will pull inside.

for insurance purposes, you must be a current member of the Eastern Draft Horse Assoc. To pull. Dues are

Admission To the Round Up: Adults & Kids 5yrs and older $10.00 per day or $25.00 for a 3 day pass.

Campers are welcome at the Fair. They may arrive on Thursday October 11, 2012 after 12 noon  The price
for a Camper pass is $50.00

Volunteers are always welcome and appreciated

We are going to need  Volunteers for different things, please let us know if you can volunteer some time.  Any amount of time will
help!!
We need baked goods for the kitchen and donations for the silent auction.  Please let us know as soon as possible if you can help with
any of this!  We all appreciate your time and support!
